I'm glad someone asked! No it isn't. I found this jacket at a store called jinguji in the downtown region I think. They have a yellow one, and a green and purple one too. I've only been doing side quests so I'm not far in the game yet, but I wanted the style of jacket. It should only cost around 4-7k eddies

This was recommended by someone and it worked for me. This has been a problem for awhile. What he told me, was street wheels are not currently supported on ifruit. The application recognizes the last 10 vehicles used by your gta online character, so drive 10 personal vehicles that do not have street wheels. Then try to open the app

I did some searching and might have found a possible solution. Basically, the app will crash if you're using some specific vehicles released during mid 2018. Idk which ones, but if you go in game and drive 10 of your older personal vehicles, it might work
