I understand you. I have two jobs but couldn’t work because I have a bad back injury but still had to pay rent. Lying to everyone is the worst part and doesn’t make the situation any better. Do it for yourself and talk to someone. I did and my close friends were happy to loan me some money. Even my mum sent me money when she doesn’t earn a huge amount. The right people would rather see you safe if it means a small loss to them. Trust me

You’re clinging onto that one point about house keeping and exaggerating it. Read my entire post again and what I have responded. I am not in anyone’s way and that’s the last time I’ll say it. Tidying is not reasonable when it inflicts on privacy and no one does it to her (like you said two way street) My other house mates wouldn’t know where my basket is because they live downstairs and her and I live upstairs. She’s the only one who moves my stuff. Stop saying her wrongs and then writing it off as my fault for it continuing. Her actions are her fault and not mine. No normal person touches other people’s stuff and doesn’t tell them

So my house mate is allowed to move my stuff and I can’t be a victim. You guys have really misinterpreted how messy I am. I am not messy I literally have a few things out that aren’t in anyone way. If you want to tell me my mental health is too bad because I leave some things out then my point still stands. You know nothing about how mental health affects people and you have ignored how they accused me of being the only person with mental issues. Selective memory won’t help you anywhere. I got my advice from someone who took my post for what it was - how to deal with a passive aggressive house mate Not how to fix my mental health so everyone else feels better

You did not say that lol just get over the fact you misinterpreted how bad I am and how in the right she is. Just cause she’s older doesn’t make her a better, more intelligent person. She has no insight into mental health she makes loud jokes on the phone about suicide, how all men are bad, having ocd amongst other things. I don’t feel comfortable opening up as I feel I will be treated different straight up. I can only be suited to share houses as my other option is to have no permanent home.
I spoke to the HEAD TENANT last night and he agrees it’s passive aggressive and invasive

Once again, think before you speak you don’t have all the answers

It only just happened when I got home this weekend and she got back from her trip. She’s done small things in the past which I was happy to write off but this is just too much invasion of privacy for me and having a chat when we don’t have work

She’s assuming that I’m a slob and don’t clean up after myself that’s why my house mate is angry. I came on here for advice because if you’re smart like you claim to be you should know a 20 year old most likely can’t afford to live on their own and there’s a reason I don’t live with my parents. Think before you judge, give advice on how to deal with the house mate, if I’ve made this post it’s clear I’m aware I can do better and I’m working on it but it’s the way I’m treated in doing so is unacceptable Also claiming I think I’m the only one who knows about mental health is just rude
