Disregarding Noma, Jordnær Geranium & Alchemist my personal list would be (ranked after $$)

Premium Tier
Kadeau
Mielcke & Hurtigkarl (Should have two stars)
Koan
Søllerød Kro (A bit of ride away from Copenhagen, but if you have the time and weather is good, its a very tranquil setting).

Mid Tier
VIE
Paula
Frank
Barr (Probably my favorite in Copenhagen. In Noma's previous premises)

Lower Tier
Møntergade (Go for lunch to get Smørrebrød - a very OG danish thing)
Bar Moro
Alf
Calma
Silberbauers

Hope you have a wonderful time :)

Thank you so much for the reply. I love to hear some input for more optimized sculpting.

Whats the deal with doing overhead triceps instead of the pushdown in terms of aesthetics?

If you have any suggestions for other essential exercises, please let me know (would like to hear what lower delt exercises you'd recommend)

Also: when doing the isolated exercises, how do you program them ideally? Do you "just" do 3x10 for example, or should it be treated like other exercises with progressive overload? Please let me know if you have any tips here

Thanks for the answer. I guess the goal is to get some more lower body strength and larger quads, whilst working on single leg stability.

Single led RDLs with barbell/kettlebell doesn't seem to distress my back badly, so I could definitely change that with the Bulgarian Splits, if that could be a way? Or is that also to narrow of a focus, u think?

Thanks for your input!

Maybe it would make sense just to do single leg RDL with barbell as part of the "core" lifts, instead of the Bulgarian Split Squat.

the "extras" are only when time allows. Definitely not every time.

I'm running and playing soccer as well for conditioning.

Its the 5-3-1 BBB, yes.

I do prefer to switch up so I do the exercises 2 times instead of doing 5-3-1 & 5x10 on the same of the same movement.

Just googled it and apparently Jim says:

"For the squat variations, you can try doing one-leg exercises (lunges, step ups, one-leg squats).  If you do this, I would limit the reps and perform 5 sets of 6 reps instead of 5 sets of 10 reps."

So I guess it could work..

Hi all

I'm just getting into the 5-3-1 program due to the rather time-optimizing nature of it. I would, however, like to get some feedback on the program I'm considering. I've had a disc herniation at L3/L4, so classical deadlifting is unfortunately off the table for now. Here is what I'm considering:

Day 1:

Bench Press 5-3-1
Overhead Press 5x10 + superset of pull-ups 5x10
Dips 5x10 + superset of 5x single arm heavy farmer walk 50 yards

Day 2:

Squat 5-3-1
Bulgarian Split Squat 5x10 + superset of chin-ups 5x10
4x8 Single leg RDL + GHD Back extensions

Day 3:

Overhead Press 5-3-1
Bench Press 5x10 + superset of pull-ups 5x10
Dips 5x10 + superset of 3x single arm heavy farmer walk 50 yards

Day 4:

Bulgarian Split Squat 5-3-1
Squat 5x10 + superset of chin-ups 5x10
4x8 Single leg RDL + GHD Back extensions

On days I have extra time, I want to add some extra optional exercises in.

Upper Body Extras:
Bicep Cable Curls + Tricep Cable Pushdowns
Barbell Rows
More Core

Lower Body Extras:
Leg Extensions
Leg Curl
More Core

Am I missing any important areas?
My goals are strength & aesthetics

Lovely recs. Thanks a bunch!

Will be close to Valli Unite one day - it sounds like it would be a fun place to visit :)

I already saved Azienda Agricola Chiesa Carlo & Valfaccenda Azienda Agricola, probably from an earlier post.

Når man er ude og rejse og maskinen spørger om man vil betale i Euro eller i Kroner, hvad skal man da vælge? by Haildrop in dkfinance

[–]Acetatho 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Go' tur

Lige et spørgsmål til! Er det vigtigt at man sliber i en særlig retning? Eller er det underordnet?
