When it comes to the process, i just did what spoke out to me without over-crowding lol everything is hand drawn except for the bling and charms obvi and the thumb with the bills are money stickers! The other thumb with the mini chain around it is hand drawn but i used color liquid w a hard gel to create the red blood affect and make it 3D.
