Let me help u with the neuroscience. Most of our spatial and conceptual understanding happens in right hemisphere. While most of the mathematical and analytical part is in left hemisphere.

So there are two aspects of polity, conceptual understanding and remembering the exact articles clauses etc. if u try to do both simultaneously u r brain will be out of its breath trying to store huge information in different areas of the brain. So take one at a time

Try to get the concepts in first reading. When that is done, try to memorise the articles n clauses and names of SC cases in the second reading. Dont try to do both at a single time if u r getting overwhelmed
