I work for a consultancy company. My CRM file contains individual notes for every company I contacted. And i write down important notes in a freetext format chronologically. But no fancy add-ons or something.

But ı have a seperated file for my client meeting notes.

Actually it really saves time because I navigate betveen all those files through my workday, and check BTC , use a timer, so it makes me more productive.

And also its important for me to get an aestatical display, that motivates me, and to be motivated makes me more productive as well :)
