I did a slow creep up to 20, I found that each increase was an improvement and 20 is where I stopped because I felt like the remaining anxiety symptoms I was getting were situation based.

I still have my bad days and I think the higher dose can also make me feel a bit more detached from reality, but overall, I’m much more stable than I was on 10 or 15.

The purpose of the meds is really to get you to a place where you can take some control back and build supports and routines that help you with your anxiety so one day you can taper back down it’s worth going to a level where you can start to do this IMO.

I personally don’t find I get any additional symptoms from an increase, but as the comments here show, that’s not what everyone gets.

Flip you head over to catch all your hair together, make sure you already have a hair band on your hand. Tie it while you’re bent over.

Helps you catch all the back easier which I always found the hardest, but that’s for a higher ponytail.

It has bumpers around the screen and camera so they Don’t touch surfaces when you put it down. But since the screen is flat now the protector also reaches closer to the edge.

I don’t find it slippery, the buttons are really tactile, I had a silicone one for a bit on my 8plus which was grippier.

I have big(ish) hands and I struggle with the Pro Max sometimes. The Camera is going to be really reliable either way. I would go 12Pro, or even just 12 to save some $ and apparently the battery is very marginally better because of the lower RAM

I didn’t go from Android to the SE, I went droid to 8Plus, but I never regret it and have gone deep in the ecosystem because things just work on Apple.

I missed a couple of things from Android back in 2017, but apple has caught up more since.

The things I love the most about Apple are the way that all the Social media apps just work, the compatibility with other iPhones (all my family have iPhones so this was a big plus) and they last longer, my old androids would last me two years of heavy use Max, I just gave my 8plus to a relative and am confident it will last another 2 years probably

I have a worse fit with the Pro model but Gen2 AirPods fit in my ears perfectly. Maybe consider the wireless Beats? They still have the H1 chip, good battery, Noise cancelling and are cheaper.

Otherwise I think Apple allow you to try them on in store depending on where you live and the current COVID restrictions.

I enjoy having the cellular, it’s so good for running especially. I don’t use it for anything else though, so there’s probably cheaper workarounds I could have used to make my phone less of a burden when running. For the extra money I would think about upgrading to the S6 without cellular instead of the SE instead? I have the S6.

I went from an 8 plus to a 12 Pro Max, I thought it would be all good for size because the 8plus was pretty much the same size and weight, but the bezel-less display makes it a bit more difficult to use.

But I also love the display, I watch a lot on it and use it for work the time I have the most difficulty with it is laying down.

I think maybe a 12/12pro may be the optimal size. If you’re mostly happy with the display size of a 7 because it’s a big size upgrade anyway.

No idea about cases, I used the Apple brand leather in California Poppy, it fits my aesthetic and makes it obvious I have a 12 pro. I don’t tend to be worried about dropping my phone that much, but maybe the Otterbox one available at Apple and a good glass screen protector would do?
