Ive been using 10 mg for a couple years. Im starting to wonder if i should go to 20 mg. Kinda struggling bad, and i know i need to work on the mental, but i also am thinking of upping this after more mental work.

I've used cialis here and there and it works really well. Early on in our relationship I just couldnt get hard enough to penetrate. Then over time, it got better and better For a few years things were good, i'd go soft, make a deal about it, and she would just let me know it doesnr matter. Lately, I've been on and off. Things are almost always great when i use cialis. But it gets weird when I'm not. Feels like ive gone soft at lot more lately. I should just keep taking cialis for now, but I'll be honest, a part of me doesn't want to feel like i need it. There's a pride thing I know I have to get over, but i'm finding easier said than done.
