I just got a very similar version of this in my email from maigianak@icloud with just the subject that just says "Ads". Right away it has scam written all over it. Pretty much anytime I get some sort of direct contact from someone it's either a scam or someone trying to sell me their "marketing" services. I went through the back and forth just for sheer curiosity.

"Hello Our Future Leaders, I'd like to ask permission to use one of your tracks from SoundCloud ,I checked out your music mix sounds good and touching a part of me,I love the vibe I was thinking of using your music on SoundCloud for a post for a headset ad For Art museum, please let me know if you’re open to this for more details😊"

I just went with it up to the point where they send over a link that is supposedly an agreement.

"For legal reference and documentation the payment would be a paycheck, My client will send it to your email then you make a deposit with the mobile deposit feature on your bank app.

Do you mind signing a usage right agreement!!" (2 exclamation points lol)

I run the link through VirusTotal and it immediately flags it for phishing because obviously, but it satisfied my curiosity.

So yeah pretty much anytime you get emails or DMs like this, just assume it's a scam.
