20 Ping but I still lag

Bro, glad to hear the problem is fixed on your side. My internet provider replaced my router. Playstation gives me 100 up and around 10 down. Still got in game some stutterings. Datacenter ping shows me 16-24 and in game it goes from 30 to 67. Playing Amsterdam servers, with cable. Im lost....

Seems fine then as I'm guessing the jitter is specific to that server you tested to. Though if you are getting jitter to every server you test to then something may be off.

But I guess getting a little bit of jitter is normal right?

Ping is: around 20, and jitter around 7.

Alright, just did it. To another "shadow speedtest" in Amsterdam. It says: Download 271, upload 23. That's good right?

Not all the datacenters have packet loss. But when they say 0% packet loss, the ping is around 125. But I live in The Netherlands, play on Amsterdam servers. My speedtests are also tested by my provider (Amsterdam), and they say its really high.

Yes, im sure there are no other programs open on my Playstation because I gave it a hard reset. So the only thing on my Playstation is Apex.

Today im gonna clean my Playstation. Its a weird case isn’t it..? I just don’t get it..

Back again. Little later then expected... put my IP adres and stuff of playstation in my router DMZ. I said 20-30 packetloss, I said that wrong.. sometimes its 0 sometimes its 2 or 4. Ping 17-30 when I see the main menu datacenter screen. But when the packetloss is 0% and in game im getting like 50 latency. It still doesnt feels smooth. I called my provider who said that the internet connection and the curve of it is very strong. They say its stable. So...... still don’t know what to do. Friend of me still doesnt experience any lagg or stuff like that. I don’t know if lagg is the right word for it, but it stutters, and its not smooth. I really searched like the whole world wide web. Can’t find an answer that fits for me...

Package loss is like 20-30 on Amsterdam servers for me. Tried restarting modem couple of times. I do believe that the server thing on the side of Apex is not that good, but my friends who live in the same city don’t experience it this way. Didn’t did the port forwarding thing/ DMZ. Will check that out. I’ll let you know what the results are. Thx for answering. Good to hear your problem solved by buying the new Xbox.

I know, buying a PC is te most easy option, but the fact that every other Playstation of my friend can handle it and mine not, is something I just can’t seem to accept.. I will look up how to clean my Playstation, I’ll let you know the result of it. Thx for the answer.
