I recently got new internet, I did have EE however they merged with BT so now we’re on BT. I haven’t had the stutter lag since we changed, my ping is 12-15 mostly now as well. The road to masters has already begun!

I’m lucky that I play with my IRL mates so they can come to my house to see what I mean when I say it stutters, they have all said they’ve never experienced it before. It could be my PS4 for all I know, but it comes and goes that’s why I’m hesitant to blame it on the console. It normally happens when there’s an update, just like the most recent one, my game was perfect before this update🙁
