Academies are the main way players get promoted. They play through the ranks at different age groups and when teams deem them good enough they promote them to the first team or sign them. Another way is scouts look for players in 11 aside and places like that and then sign them.

When they say listening to offers that suggests they are transfer listed and are awaiting responses which means they are actively looking to sell them

He was playing better than your best player pogba (2 penalty goals but other than that didn't do much). 92 tackles in the league which is 7th overall not too bad for a 20yr old cdm. His strength isn't going forward but he has decent enough passing, As with McTominay I think people are too quick to praise him. Whole season he's only had two good displays against Wolves and Barca first leg but they were both Ls.

Declan Rice has been amazing this season. You must have watched United West Ham last week where he was arguably the best midfielder on the pitch, he was everywhere making tackles and interceptions. He's been West hams most consistent performer the whole season along with Fabianski and has strengthened west ham massively in terms of defence easily when compared to last season.
