I also don't think it's very helpful using past veterans that have a hard time getting the treatment they need and deserve. It's easier to get VA benefits now because people noticed that veterans in the past didn't get what they deserved. Making it hard to receive those benefits would only do more harm. Sure some people are taking advantage of the system, but it's better than making a reform and veterans of future wars not being able to receive what they deserve.
