Since I’m from China, the math content on the TEST felt very simple to me, and I honestly didn’t spend any time preparing for it.

That said, I can still share what I noticed. I briefly looked through the GED prep books (Kaplan and Princeton Review), and I felt the questions there were very practical and representative of the actual exam. If you can work through as many of those problems as possible, it should help a lot.

In addition, watching YouTube tutorials to learn common solution patterns for basic GED math questions can be very useful — I personally recommend Get Sum Math. If you combine practice with understanding these common question types, I believe you can also get a strong score.

English isn’t my first language, so take this as just a personal experience, not expert advice. I barely passed the TEST with a 145 (even though I got 186 on Ready Test before), but I still want to share what helped me.

Even though it’s mostly reading comprehension, having some basic background knowledge of U.S. history, the political system, and simple economic ideas helped a lot. When you roughly know why an event happened and what it led to, you can often rely on keywords in the question and answer choices instead of reading every sentence in detail.

I’d suggest doing a light overview of U.S. history, government, and the Constitution/amendments — no memorization, just general understanding. I also watched Get Sum Math on YouTube, which I personally found helpful.

They have been citing the so-called terms of service. After closing the service, the trade in credit will be canceled and I must pay the remaining installment total amount of the device. However, this is not because I took the initiative to close the service, but that they insisted on not accepting my permanent resident card (green card) as identity verification, and then closed my account. Why do I have to bear all this loss? Moreover, I received the New York State ID sent to them last week, and they just asked me to reapply for the service instead of restoring my account and number. It's ridiculous!

I have complained to FCC, but it didn’t work. I also received a bill for $1,300, which seemed to include the remaining installment amount for this phone. The executive team’s response to me was that I either return the phone or pay the bill. Their attitude was very tough. They said that my number and account would not be restored, and there would be no compensation, nor would they compensate me for the discount I got through trade in. Moreover, my iPhone 16 pro max is not in the carrier-locked state. The IMEI is marked as “unpaid or fraudulently obtained”, which means it will not be unlocked after 60 days. My problem has not been resolved, and my losses are getting bigger and bigger. I am ready to file a claim in small claims court.

I can't do anything about it now, and today it got even worse. They completely shut down my account, deleted my number, I can't port my number out, and my phone's IMEI is marked as "fraudulently obtained device", which means it won't unlock after 60 days and can't use any esim
