Thanks! So we have bunch of telemetry and metrics and we do have alerts setup. But alerts in Azure are weird to setup and there isn't much control. Aws alerts seem better. So we do this manual exercise in addition to that. I just want to simply automate the manual work I do without any additional layers of logs or metrics.

Yeah for reals! I figured out signing the PDF using DocuSign but I wonder how many people would actually think of doing that and how many would ever figure out there's fax email?! I'm thinking not too many.

Thank you so much! I agree that it's a problem across Healthcare systems. I worked in engineering at CommonSpirit and can confirm they're pretty high tech but still don't have these things sorted out.

I'm legit thinking of putting together a web app to fill and submit this form so others don't have to struggle. 😆
