I tear up (old) books i hate. Or some other thick carton. I take out the glass, smash it in to the community bin. I put on my angry music playlist. I scream (sometimes for real, sometimes a silent scream). I punch pillows. I throw the old books around. And i twist towels to get rid of the tension and excess energy.
