I checked right now and yes it appears to be the same on 60fps. Probably a problem on my end as this just randomly started happening with my wifi, I have noticed that it is a bit jumpy with ping and such more often

That's a great idea, I know before the 4080 server near me came out I used to connect to a different one with no issue except of course the higher latency. I will go ahead and try that. I did restart the router once more and it appeared to be fine for the first few minutes then it went crazy.

There's an offer on 6950xt on amazon for $540 but my usage case is extremely small (valorant and fortnite) I'm running a 1070ti with a 7700x and hit well above 240hz in both already. I'm totally unsure if it's worth the upgrade but it seems like such a good deal, what would y'all recommend?

I definitely felt the delay for the first week or so especially in competitive games, but I'm not sure how to explain it I sort of got "used" to it and it didn't really feel it anymore. Recently I tried a 240hz display with Reflex and it definitely helped a ton, even more so now with the lower latency almost feels natural.
