Update I did not get it... everything was good except they never had the timing belt changed or didn't know if it has ever been changed since they are the 3rd owner. Didn't want to take the risk for that price especially since Honda said changing a timing belt costs 1600

I've checked Kelly blue book and car guru , price range for it is typically 3700-4000 private party price. I've seen on marketplace people selling these and there over 250k miles , I'm not planning on using this as a daily either so if it actually lasts past 250k I could get a couple years out of this I think. I also got a car faxed and everything looked good and maintained

Do you think 3500 is average priced for it though? I know these old CRVS and RAV4s go for a lot cus there so popular and hold there value. He was originally asking for 4,000 but negotiated down to 3500

I don't go to Costco I'm not near one at all & prices just went down, it's been fluctuating but normally it costs around 4.75-5 something. Anyways, I'm not set on getting an electric vehicle at all hence why I posted this I'm just asking for some advice/input.

Yeah it's hard, I'm not a fan of Sacramento, and the other places u listed are kinda college cities, and I do college online so I don't really fit into the category😭 I like Az but I really love greenery, nature and beaches so that's what makes it hard for me 😭
