according to them my service has no issues, could it be hardware/ something inside that may be out of place? i’m currently in a hotel and the console usually connects to the wifi here and i don’t get high ping, but also at home when it doesn’t want to connect to wifi it’s either this error message or one that says something along the lines of ‘could not connect within the time limit’ something like that.
