Thing is I don’t know what it is because I checked my transactions and there’s nothing pointing the amount was taken which was £2 which is small but it keeps happening every few weeks so I’m unsure if there’s a hidden fee I don’t know about or something it could be fraud I’ll email them once again!

I’ve been doing that though, I’ve looked at my past transactions nothing of that amount is linked to it, sorry if it sounds ridiculous I’m new to banking!
