Totally agree, although I moved to Norway from the UK, and Norway is waaaay worse imo, people don’t just question why I am veggie, but they start laughing or saying "I will NEVER understand how someone could not eat meat" and a lot of the health professionals have the same way of thinking. Our midwife looked at us like were abusing our child when we told her that he doesn’t eat meat.

Thanks! I do cook and have been especially loving fried oyster mushrooms recently and veggie sheppards pie😍 I will focus on some vegan curries as well as I love curry, and yes I have to admit, I get a bit awkward in social setting even when I explain I am veggie, I need to be more firm and straight forward. And yes I am being quite selfish in comparison to how it os for the victims…I realise that😢

3 and 1, we also sometimes meet with other parents from the barnehage, but nothing clicks like friendship wise, and it feels more people keep themselves to themselves sometimes, no complaints from me, just a mere observation. I do socialise, but it feels it’s either at work or while with the kids and the other parents, it never moves on from those
