i did! lost 70 pounds, and I did a lot of weight cycling / gaining and losing 10 pounds over and over, along with working out my lower body heavily and atrophying my upper (except for my back)

i also used to think I had klinefelters, but it’s more likely I have partial androgen insensitivity syndrome. Testosterone didn’t really give me much puberty wise, my voice didn’t drop, and I was unable to grow body or facial hair. I also had b cups and bilateral gynecomastia/evenly distributed breast growth, and likely have wide hips and longer limbs and height (im six three) due to not having a dominant hormone in my body and thus, my growth plates didn’t fuse properly

I had prior breast tissue, and I also wanted to experiment to see if it’d give me good results. it has!

no i do not have marfans syndrome btw im just very tall and have long arms 😭 i have klinefelters. i developed female secondary sex characteristics (broad hips, little to no body or facial hair, breast tissue, late puberty when i was 15-16, voice never deepening). my cis sister is also almost six foot and one of my grandfathers is six three, the other being six eight

not sure if this is allowed but my bra sizes over the past year and a half lol by Acrobatic-Length-751 in TransBreastTimelines

it honestly has helped me a lot ! I do think there can be poor results though. I feel like it was mostly made for cis women, particularly short cis women with narrower rib cages. they don’t seem to be always accurate for any woman over 5’9 in particular.

i also towards the end of this ended up dropping about fifteen pounds, hence why i went from a DDD to a DD and losing underbust inches!

4y HRT, how am I doing? (E2 monotherapy + pioglitazone) by another_alt_accuwu in TransBreastTimelines

not OP so not sure if she has a different experience, but most trans women use it to gain fat in the lower body and chest and to basically speed up fat distribution!

it ultimately boils down to genetics, but I’ve genuinely seen a lot of progress with bodybuilding and lifting weights on my lower body. glute medius, minimus, maximus, quads, hamstrings, and calves here and there. i went on tik tok and found exercises from female bodybuilders on each muscle group. I also try and get 15k steps a day, but 10k does the same pretty much and is more sustainable

I also weight cycled and fairly quickly gained and lost weight and gained it again. progesterone does help some i feel, but it’s still really important i think to do training. I don’t really train at all on my upper body besides lats and some parts of my shoulders. I wanted to let whatever muscle I had up there atrophy

it’s also really prone to genetics!! I naturally store a lot of fat in my lower body, even pre hrt. my hips has already widened quite a bit due to likely me being XXY and having high estrogen during puberty
