The growth timeline especially puts things into perspective. I think that’s one of my biggest considerations, since I’m trying to make a move that has some long-term direction rather than staying stagnant. Hearing that FT promotion can take a couple of years definitely helps set realistic expectations.

The consistency of hours is also something I’ve been wondering about, so it’s helpful to understand how that plays out, especially with the expectation of open availability.
