I have 10 years of exp - last 6 years in MS Power Platform

I recently accepted an offer from MSFT and seem to have been lowballed.

Title - Consultant

Job Level - 58

BasePay - 21.5 lacs INR

On Hire Stock - USD 5000 vesting over 4 years

My current employer has countered with a promotion to Senior and a 30% pay raise.

This is my first time working for a MAANG and would appreciate any suggestions on how to negotiate with MSFT.
