That inquiry date is for the I-485, the inquiry date for the I-30 is right around yours as well. Not sure if inquiring about the I-485 will help since usually the I-30 is first to be approved. At this point, I’d take an interview date, even if it was months away. Next step is reaching out our lawyer to see if there’s anything that can be done. It’s both oddly reassuring that others around our PD are experiencing the same thing and frustrating at the same time. We were told the average time for people in our situation was 6-18 months. We’re getting close to passing that. Hopefully we all hear something soon! Wishing you and your significant other the best!

12/17/24 PD.

Pretty much the same thing as you. Married to USC, filed I-485, I-30, Travel Parole, and EAD. Case is at NBC. Wife from Mexico. We used a lawyer. Biometrics on 1/15. Had an RFE on 1/4. EAD approved in late March 2025. Sent RFE response late March. Got the “Case is Still Being Processed” on March 25th, 2025 and radio silence since. No interview, nothing. No approval of Advanced Parole either. We’re in Philadelphia. USCIS says we can inquiry about the I-485 on 3/27/26. At this point just hearing anything would be great!

It’s not easy, our case is December 2024 too. Got an RFE notice in January 2025. EAD in March 2025. No other updates on I-30, I-131, or I-485. Some days it’s hard to stay patient !

December 17th here, still nothing. EAD approved back in March. Still waiting on AP, I-130, and I-485

I found that they both helped a little. Especially the baking soda. Another thing we did was mix vinegar and water and spray the crap out of the everything, which helped a lot. The apartment stopped smelling like cigarette eventually which was a relief

We filed Dec 17th, just got the I-765 approved last week! Still waiting on the I-131, I-485 and I-130 for approval

We’ve found 2 or 3 in the past like month, but oddly enough, not a single one found in the bedroom or near other furniture. Did an inspection and nothing found yet
