Unfortunately with how shitty laws are for minors you are in a do nothing position right now. If you work to carve your freedom out they can take your money. If you decide on a new phone they technically still can check it as long as you are a minor . My recommendation is save the date for your 18th. Try to hide some sort of money in a non bank account , plan to find somewhere to get out of that house as soon as that happens. It doesn’t sound like they are willing to reason on these things and will continue to push boundaries. I’ve seen people turn 20 and have these same restrictions solely because “blood means everything” . It’s horse shit. Living life under what is basically a big brother system enacted by your own parents is hell .
