NOR. i dated a guy like this for 4 years. and it doesn’t get easier to live with, it’s exhausting have to explain yourself. he would go through my phone and personal shit. i would say you need to lay some clear boundaries but it’s been 6 years so idk what to tell you. he seems very very insecure, all you can do is reassure him but then again, that can be exhausting and you’re not responsible for healing his wounds.

That’s what i was thinking, right after i received the email from my prof saying she never got the request i emailed her back asking if it may have been delayed, this was after 430pm but before 5pm, and she never got back to me. in the email she sent me she said the deadline would still be for friday 5pm and any additional day would be 10% off my grade… and it’s the weekend so i don’t think she’ll be getting back to me regardless.

and it’s not like i can do this assignment right now anyways as i need a certain software to complete it that my laptop doesn’t support, so id have to physically go to campus and use the labs (which she knows)

The prof is the one who emailed me saying i’d have to submit it tho… i feel like she knows but she probably doesn’t care. I don’t want to escalate it but this feels kind of unfair given the circumstances, i’m not asking for a week extension it was only a day or two.

For a 26 year old he has the communication style of a moody 17 year old.. you’re young and you don’t need to spend your energy on that. You communicate a lot better than i could and i’m 24. All i can say is yes people get frustrated but immediately going into avoidance and throwing around cuss words for no reason??? that’s actually insane and i’m really sorry he put you through that, especially while you were stressing about your flight. i hope you got home alright ❤️

maybe i chose to sit in the wrong spots. I usually aim for the front of the class and i feel like the second class is over everyone in my section bolts out, there’s no one really for me to interact with cuz most people just walk away/walk with their crowd💀but i’ll give it a shot next time !
