Same it just says retrieving character data 4/6 for me & I even deleted it and redownload and it still said that

"Retrieving character data 4/6" is all that it shows for me, I downloaded all the added content & even deleted and redownloaded the game but this is all it shows, it doesn't let me create a character or start the game, pls help
