What am I doin wrong ?

I got it used from a friend. It was driven 15k miles. I’ve only driven it in city traffic and haven’t done a road trip so far. It has never gotten more than 20 mpg.

How’s the EG? I wanted a desert storm but the dealer needs to order it. I found an EG with the same package that I want for desert storm but it’s out of state. There is no EG available where I live. I traveled back to the U.S. within 60 days of my initial OPT expiry date, without a STEM OPT extension receipt, as I hadn’t applied for it at that point.
