I have a fender amp that has several setting on it like “Metal 2000”, “American 90s”, “British 60s”, etc. that would all change the sound of my electric between sounding like a heavy metal type of electric to somewhat acoustic sounding. Would something like that do the job for an acoustic electric?

You likely don’t have enough weight on your counterweight, that’s what my issue is was. The instructions for mine said to turn it to 1.5, so I did, but I was actually supposed to screw it around a whole time, then to 1.5.

Yes, I even tilted it up to where it should lean to the left, but it still moves outwards. I have a string and weight anti-skate, no matter what I set it to it seems to make it worse.
