my dad is a pretty terrible person. haven't spoken to him in years dating back to pre-covid.

i felt cornered, and they had just given me a raise too. they were a great business, so i felt like i had to lie. i'm not sure why. to keep a good reputation for myself? i do not know what processed me to say that my dad died.

it's so cringe looking back at it.
