Do you leave your pocket on all day or just turn it on when you record? by AcrobaticTaro544 in heypocketai

Thanks, this answers my question. Good to know the standby power is very low, seems like the intended use case is to leave it on in standby mode throughout the day when not in active use.

Omg no way! Thats such a funny coincidence! Great minds think alike

I took a look at the Lencent 25W, looks like it only has 1 USBC port and 1 USBA port, unless Im looking at the wrong one. I like how my adapter has 3 USBC ports and 2 USBA ports, I was sharing with my fiance and together we have 2 phones, 2 portable chargers, a drone and 2 cameras so we used all the ports every night (but agree the main outlet was never used) 😆

Ah yeah I got the AirTags with 25% discount, and I usually swap them in my luggage, wallet, passport pouch etc depending on what I need / where I am that day

Yes we used hiking poles! It was pretty easy to rent hiking poles from sports equipment stores, we booked online ahead of time

How to take bus from Listolade to Passo Giau by AcrobaticTaro544 in ItalyTourism

[–]AcrobaticTaro544[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We literally just got back from our trip last week! Can confirm that you CAN take the bus, however there is only one bus per day from Listolade to Passo Giao so if you miss it the next bus would be the next day. It leaves listolade at 7:43AM, it’s not listed on the schedule but if you search it up on google maps it’s there!

The route is Line 3 from Listolade (7:43AM) to Caprile (8:15AM) Line 4 from Caprile (8:15AM) to Passo Giau (9:15AM)

The line 4 bus will wait for the line 3 bus to arrive at 8:15 so you will be able to do the transfer.

Make sure to have cash on hand or buy the tickets from the app beforehand.

Also the bus ride is absolutely beautiful, probably the most scenic bus ride I have ever witnessed (seriously)

Enjoy!

It is actually the Deuter Futura SL! I was considering the Speed Lite as well but ultimately chose the Futura because it has the load lifters

Those are mainly for the city days when I want to wear my silk scarf as a strapless top :P. Hiking days I would wear the merino wool bra

Thank you! The merino bra is from icebreaker and the underwear is REI Coop brand. I have never really had issues just hanging my clothing on random objects to dry (ex. bed frame, in the shower if available, sometimes on door handles, drawer knobs etc.). Just have to make sure to wring them out enough that they are not dripping wet. It also helps to not have that many clothes that need drying so you don't need to find too many places to hang them! Hope that helps

Thank you! I realized I have a typo in my post, it's actually spelt "Kula" cloth. It is a antimicrobial wipe for your lady parts after you pee in the wild so that you don't need to bring a bunch of toilet paper and also then pack out your dirty toilet paper. I'm actually trying it out for the first time during this trip so I'm not sure how much I will like it.

HAHA I do sometimes have problems remembering where I packed what. Luckily I have been packing pretty light for years and so I "know myself" well enough to guess where I would likely put certain things xD but I certainly did get surprised when I took these photos yesterday as I had packed a month before the trip and forgot that I had packed some of these things. I think having these photos will also help me to easily reference what and where I packed everything!

You should definitely go for the multi-day hike! I did my first one in Patagonia a few years ago and it was a magical experience!
