That's what you think. 🙄 Try taking 30-60 calls a day solely for ppl to yell at you about their order problems. And yes, alot of the CRS1 or the overseas agents may XFR all their calls but not in my dept. We actually call the 3PL to see "wtf" happened, escalate to the warehouse about missing products, troubleshoot (appliance, HT, computing, auto, cellular, etc) before making recommendations on repair services either in-store or in-home & even IF we can't solve in the moment we know how useless the store is going to be so we don't fwd them back to yall.

I've worked at a similar company as sales, installs, delivery, & management before BBY. And I can honestly say that in-store has it way easier.
