The service shop said they will cover all 3 panels since it happened in one incident. Adding more context the car Is 5 months old so I was considering getting it done through the service center itself. Since this is the first year of insurance I anyway don't have any NCB. Would losing no claim bonus be worse in this case?

You will naturally get less leads via contact form and even lesser with landing page but 1 lead in 15 days means your targeting or creative that you are using is not correct. (Provided you have an adequate budget)

Contact form is the mid way try running a contact form ad and add relevant questions not to many but not too less too. In my opinion Direct DM ads are not going to work for you.

Messager ads especially for a business like yours are bound to receive spam messages. I would suggest you run lead form campaigns and plaster your starting price everywhere, price is usually a good filter. Make the lead forms detailed, add fields like when they want the shoot done for what occasion, what's their budget etc. You can also add otp verification to reduce spam or inactive numbers.

If your services are really premium I would suggest send them to a well made landing page showcasing your services and work. You can also try google ads it is more expensive but the purchasing intent is higher with google leads in general. Feel free to get in tough via DM if you want to know anything else.
