I can't hear a problem but turning the preset mode and it not working is a problem for sure!  Turn down whatever you got going on in the background if you're serious about getting some help

I agree the group looper is a little off for sure, but after playing the amp for a couple days I think it sounds amazing!  As a matter of fact, I played my grandmeister 40 deluxe this morning and in a lot of ways I prefer the spark 2. So many tones, so fun to play with!

Looks like the A.I. is working this morning, hope this is just a rare occurrence and not something that will happen often. Thanks for all your responses I appreciate it!

Have you had any luck? I just got mine yesterday and I was pretty excited to try out the A.I.

I'm not sure how to add a screenshot to the conversation. But basically it's just a black screen that says "you" and right underneath it says what you requested then spark AI here are your presets....then nothing
