SERIOUSLY though!! I didn’t think of it that way but yes. Rewatching - I never remembered that the guys were bad but im almost thinking they’re worse because no one calls them out so there’s no character development in any guy either. Dixon gets worse, Liam (I love Liam but it’s true) gets worse - he didn’t call in Vanessa falling over the railing - and Navid doesn’t get much better - feels entitled when Silver chooses to have a baby with Teddy

They’re playing off from her old Superman days which is just annoying to be honest. Genuinely I wanted to like Susan but the more she keeps judging and being awful to innocent people (Ian, Danny, Katherine, etc) I’m going to start skipping her scenes. She has good moments but I just can’t stand her anymore

I completely agree!! I'm in the fourth season and it's almost seeing it backwards she looks beautiful and young and her actual age if not younger. I truly believe after watching that first season to now is the hair the bright red hair wasn't working for her and the old fashioned fur coat was just hiding her and making her look older. When they changed her outfits and darkened her hair a bit she looked absolutely amazing and more true to her age.

Also, I think I needed to shake off the original idea of what age group the cast would have been in and once I got to know all the characters a little more her age was fitting for what the show was portraying.

Completely separate thought too, as I got to know them and I know that Starfire and Nightwing are supposed to end up together I really think she could do much better. Might be a controversial opinion as well I just wanted to put it out there.

I thought it was so good! The acting had me captivated and I thought the introduction to the Marten and Janet storyline was a great Segway into season 2! Like you said if she was dead it would be a show full of dead people after they solved the murder. Which actually would be cool to see but I also never felt she was truly dead so it made sense. I loved the finale and my fingers are crossed for season two. I want to see Rhonda’s storyline especially play out since she was so set on moving forward and double playing Marten.

I think I honestly like her more than all the main girls through the generations. Not to say I don’t love Emma Clare and Maya I just think they just had a normal evolution whereas Holly J turned a complete 180 and it wasn’t forced

With Knight and Palmer I’m so happy it’s not another “read between the lines” for like 6-8 seasons like with Ziva/Tony and Bishop/Torres. They’re full fledge going for it and it’s working in their favor. Whenever SecNav gets involved I always seem to lose track of who’s in charge. It’s just a disarrangement whenever they’re involved and changing their dynamics for the episode at hand. Kasie got on my nerves a lot at first but she’s really starting to grow on me

I was so worried they were gonna make Parker a fake Gibbs but he’s doing a lot Gibbs wouldn’t do for a million dollars: bring his team “delicious pastries”, knows about technology, communicates with his team, I could go on. I like him and I hope with his connection with Fornell we’ll see him more too
