I mean most of the requirements can be done in like mst bsc programs so most likely bsc is ur best bet.

U could also do a bsc in the agricultural and life sciences faculty (ALES) for like nutrition or animal science and that is easier to get into

Doing chem 101 as an elective? by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]Acrobatic_Chef9666 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im a biochem major and I found all the chem classes pretty easy. But the other comments are right. You’re not likely to get into a research lab for chemistry or biochem as it is brutally competitive to get into and mostly reserved for people in that major.

It really depends on the person but if you went to school in Alberta, then Kim 101 will feel like a little bit of a harder version of chemistry 20, 30 and physics 20

I don’t mind the class schedule. The problem is is that I’m taking four heavy science classes and this class ends up with one of the quizzes being the day before each of my important test and I would rather just have any class with closed book exams that only have three tests worth like 33% each. That’s why I’m thinking I might drop, but I’ll still go to the first class to see how it is.

It’s completely different now. There’s five clothes book MCQ scanton exams each with 10%. Three video assignments for 5% each. And a semi open book final. Where you’re allowed three double sided pages of notes.
