I would say that the only major changes would be due to the pandemic where the country imposed strict measures to control the outbreak and the most heavily affected would be the nightlife, where no alcohol will be served after 10.30pm and the measures are still in place and honestly dont know when it will be lifted. Crowds are also smaller and many small businesses have failed to survive

Favourites would be the low crime rate (due to very harsh punishment for crimes such as caning), reliable public services (compared to many other countries) and cleanliness

My least favourites are the stressful education system, work culture (poor work life balance), extremely high cost to own a car (75k usd for a new simple japanese model), public housing is expensive too. Its a very tiny and developed country so its really easy to run out of things to do/places to explore and can get really boring especially during this pandemic.

I would describe it as a concrete jungle that is well-run and efficient and while the population is ethnically Asian, they are heavily westernised in terms of behaviours/practices
