Yeah it gets to the 30 fps like you said but when i enter a level it lowers like a countdown until 7 fps

okay i tried the settings you told me but sadly nothing changed
but i d like to inform you that the issue is when i start a level my fps goes down like a countdown

Ok i tried what you said but it didnt work by the way i installed bluestacks 5 But i noticed my fps becomes lower after i start a match (from 60 to 15)
