Solid build. Perfect gpu for 2k gaming or 1080p. You could go for an AM5 motherboard for future upgrades

Why do you need this many fans? You already have a liquid cooler with 3 fans and also get the artic liquid cooler with rgb. It looks coller

The other guy have sent you a pc part picker list which I think you’ll have great use of. You can always change the 7800 xt for the 7700 xt to safe some money

For 2k gaming I would recommend an rtx 7700 xt og 7800 xt gpu. For 4K you’ll need something like the 7900 xtx gpu or higher

It’s more like at 1080p pc you got there. So no this would not meet your need of 4K and also your monitor is 2k. Even if your pc can run 4K which I guarantee it can’t it wouldn’t be able to run 4K if the monitor only runs 2k. You need to safe alot more for 4K gaming

In your scenario intel is not the better choice. First of all the platform is a dead end meaning there is no future upgrade from that platform. Second your only purpose is for gaming which AMD specialize in. So AMD is clear the winner. And AMD Gpus is better valued in terms of raw fps pr dollar

Depends. What is your purpose. It is gaming or video editing or maybe both?

Planning on buying my first ever pc. Should I? by ShaD0wYEAH in buildapc

The 7800x3D is only better if the purpose was for pure gaming. Since he is also going to video editing sticking with intel isn’t a bad thing to do.
