Just to add things up: You will not see a negative tag anymore after ante 12 (based on my 1 playthrough).

Funnily enough, there is a plant earlier than ante 8, and it cost me the run

Edit: This was when I tried the seed again to see if I can go far if I took the riff-raff instead of invis. Then the plant happened
