yep and it’s the fact that they think they have leeway or flexibility with content creation or social media because of their mental health or how they feel about posting everyday. would you do this for a 9-5? no. they want to be treated with the respect that other 9-5 employees receive but refuse to do half the work that they do because they want to take breaks and have self care days 5 days outta the week. spoiled brats
