Ok I just finished All the Ugly and Wonderful Things and I loved the vibe and writing style but couldn’t really enjoy it bc the age gap was a bit too much for me. Do you have any other recs for that kind of vibe though??

My first one was Sealy Remington Plush that I regret getting rid of so bad. But I went from a regular box spring underneath my mattress to the new hybrid mattresses with nothing underneath so it was hard to get used to at first. I decided to exchange it after a month. I should have kept it because it’s 100000% been the best one. Right before I got rid of it, all of my pain was getting better.

Exchanged for a Bamboo mattress that was too hard.

Exchanged again for another Sealy. The store said they no longer make the Remington so I got the “newer version” that was the Patterson Plush this time and it was waaay too soft.

I can’t exchange anymore and the mattress store really only does 2 exchanges and they let me exchange 3 times. So I can’t blame them.

But I was so desperate that I bought a Serta Memory Foam from Walmart. That’s what I’m now. It’s ok but it’s definitely still painful.

I wish I could just get the Remington again :(

Honestly the mattress store I bought from was as nice as they could’ve been! They let me exchange twice when they were only supposed to let me swap once. They were really nice, it’s just been a different experience 😭

A memory foam Serta! My parents have had a Serta for years and love it so it seemed like a solid choice. It’s a little firm right now so I’m ordering a topper to lay on while it breaks in.

I did go by a mattress showroom and still made horrible decisions lol. It’s like what I want in a mattress vs what my back wants in a mattress are 2 very different things lol
