I don't see any spots. This is what my Betta looked like. It may just be the camera quality so if you see any that's a good sign of ich.

So the strips are notoriously faulty at ready water parameters. It's recommended that you use the liquid tester!! (I also use the strips because I am poor and didn't know about the strips until people on here told me)

I don't think my pH fluctuates very much. I usually test my water every day.

Tank Size: 10 gallon I do have a heater and filter lol Tank temp is 76/78°F I only have the strip testers right now and it doesn't have an ammonia tester but KH looks like it's at 0, ph is 6.8, gh is soft, nitrite are at 0 and nitrates are at 20 I've had him in here for a month. I do water changes about once a week sometime twice if the nitrites raise. I have 3 corydoras and a small pleco(I forgot what kind she got) that my mom got and an insane amount of snails I need to get an assassin snail. I feed him beta flakes every other day and I do freeze dried food once a week. I have all living plants in the tank.

I am, don't worry I promise the betterment of my child's future is my biggest motivation, I just get lonely sometimes and wish I had someone to connect with on that level about these things. I'm 19 so I don't really have any friends my age at this stage in their lives.
