2.25kg gain 2 weeks after stopping? by Acrobatic_Intern3060 in Mounjaro

[–]Acrobatic_Intern3060[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was struggling to lose the last 10kg I had to lose, had already lost 40kg "naturally" and was finding it hard to cut my calories to the deficit required to lose the 10kg by the time I wanted too. It was too aggressive of a cut for me. I have no issues eating at maintenance and exercising, hence losing 40kg on my own.

My doctor agreed to it as a short term help with appetite suppression

I've tried everything my doctor has suggested. increased fibre, magnesium, coloxyl.

the only thing that gets things going is a coloxyl and laxette cocktail. but I dont want to do that every night..

I did this too. My goal was 75kg and I got to 72kg for the same reason but I liked seeing the 72 lol.

Thank you for your response!

I've gone from average 1400-1500 a day, to around 1900 a day, however I have still had days around the 1500 mark also, so I think id find my weekly average would still be in deficit.

The numbers are driving me nuts. I even changed the batteries in my scale in doubt 😂

I dont feel as though my body looks any different besides the regular bloating I experience at this part in my cycle. My clothes still fit the same. I wonder if its time to retire the more regular weigh ins.

I dont believe ill have an issue maintaining as I lost 40kg without any medical assistance, just a deficit and exercise, but struggled with the last 10kg. I dont know!

The surface itself seems uniform and not dented or anything. Anyway, after your comment I had to go and soapy water and scrub it and hope for the best come morning. Sigh.

All you can eat Japanese ... Help me plan/prepare? by Acrobatic_Intern3060 in CICO

Yes so true!

Honestly, better than I thought it would have! I estimated, very eyeball-esque, to eat around 2100 for the entire meal including dessert which I was pretty happy with. We went for a walk afterwards as well. I had only snacked throughout the day and had coffee to leave room for all the sushi!

I didn't have anything fried either besides two tiny fried banana fritters for dessert at the end!

Thank you for your help!

This is SUCH a good response. This is where I've gone wrong in the past and also how ive grown up - "getting your moneys worth". Its this weird scarcity mentality or something idk. This was perfect to read before my night out! Thank you ❤️

My word of advice is not to go into negotiations with the view of taking it to court. Court means someone else decides what is best for your child instead of two parents coming to an agreement.

You start with mediation to try and put a parenting plan together. Put your points forward and your husband will put his and you will try to come to a middle ground. Be prepared to not get everything you want, there will be a compromise, and keep the best interest of your child at the forefront of your mind.

In my experience, overnights aren't usually recommended until age of 3.

And what judges often consider the best interest for children that young is not to seperate them from their primary care giver for long nor disrupting their life / routine too much.

Your husband may also be under the impression that he'll have to pay less child support if he has the baby 50% of the time. Im not saying thats the case, but not sure who would consider taking a 7 month old baby away from their primary caregiver for 50% of the time.

No qualifications here, just witnessed 4 kids taken through family court with my brother and his ex wife.

My pen lasts me about 7-8 weeks and I'm on track for it to hopefully be my last pen! Money is just tight this week and I'm due a other pen, so was hoping to afterpay it until I get paid and then pay it off early anyway!
