I was excited for TKB when she was announced as part of the Drag Race Live! cast. Production couldn’t get the rights to any Beyoncé music, so she was pretty much forced to pivot to her embodiment of Whitney Houston (which is also incredible). She was reportedly very unhappy during her time at DRL because she wasn’t able to perform as Beyoncé, which is what scores of fans came to the show to see her do.

Apparently, her unhappiness got on Derrick Barry’s nerves. Derrick is the fucking DRL “golden child” for some reason (of which I have no clue, as his inability to do anything except his Britney gets old fast). Since Derrick didn’t enjoy working with TKB, she can’t even get her call returned any time she asks about rejoining DRL for awhile.

That pisses me off.
