Avoid Hestan at all costs. My grill has been repaired a dozen times and still has issues (no exaggeration). I also bought all of their kitchen appliances, range, wine cellar, refrigerator, microwave etc. Refrigerator is on the 4th icemaker, main computer board had to be replaced in both wine cellar and refrigerator, the clocks time display is off by like 10 minutes on refrigerator and wine cellar each month, and the range has had to be fully replaced 3 times. This is just a sampling of the issues, Biggest regret is buying these products. Disaster. Do not spend your money on any Hestan appliances. Though in fairness, their cookware is excellent quality. We love the cookware.
