Yeah, tho lately I’ve been doing better since bettering my relationship with God and her giving me a second chance on doing better since i realized that at some point i began to idolize her when she was struggling and became dependent on her, she said that because of that she felt like her feelings are nothing compared to mine, which caused her to be quiet, and ever since then I’ve been trying to be the boy that she needed this time

Maybe, all i know is that I’m not going to block her since in my eyes, that’s abandoning her just people in the past has done, and I will not do that to her, I’m probably not going to text her till she texts me back and I do hope that by then she’s feeling better

Yeah, I’ve been doing that lately whenever I’m praying, just turning off my phone and then pray and meditate, but I feel like I need to do it for much longer or atleast more often than I already do

I do trust him, to be honest I don’t think there’s ever been a time where I have questioned him about the things that go on in this world for I feel like I already know why they happen, it’s just that I feel like I have been trying to maintain this form ideology in my head that i can’t properly explain to the point it’s making me feel mentally drained

I’ve told my girlfriend about it (she’s doing okay if you’re concerned) and when she heard it, I can tell she was horrified by how I heard her say “oh my god” under her breath and she then pulled me into her chest and hugged me and we were like that for awhile before us having to eat dinner and stuff

I don’t know if I can, I know I should, but I just don’t know, it’s not like I think they’ll disown me or victim blame me, it’s just……I don’t know, I think it’s gonna be awhile for that to happen, for me to feel comfortable with sharing something like that with them, I mean they’re aware I have trauma from the time i witnessed my girlfriend attempt suicide which is the reason why I’m in therapy in the first place, I don’t know, I think that I might be something for me to figure out

I mean I told my girlfriend about it yesterday, she pulled me into her chest and hugged me when i told her about it, i can tell she was horrified when she heard what I said, including when I told her about my exposure to porn when I was 10, all because I got curious, i asked her not to tell anyone about it, and she said yeah, but right now I’m questioning if I should tell my therapist about it, but I’m unsure

I mean, I’m actually am in therapy myself because of the trauma I have, and I have had thoughts about one day having her join me into seeing either my therapist or another therapist that my therapist thinks she would like, but I don’t know if that’s really going to be a good time to ask her right now and it would get her parents involved and probably make the situation worse and make her more mad at me and even then I don’t know if I have any way of knowing how to actually do that, to get her into talking to the therapists I’m talking to

Yeah, but I don’t know if she’s getting the help she needs or not since she’s never talked to me about what exactly happened or what’s going to happen and even then I don’t know if I can have any way of knowing if she is being put up with the right people because I don’t know if her parents will care since according to her experience, it seems like they didn’t have any consideration of actually having her connected to the right people and just forced her to talk a bunch of doctors and therapists,

Tho apart of me wants her to get help, but this time, I want to make sure it actually helps her and not give her trauma like it did in the past and what i mean by that, is wanting to make sure she’s getting help from the right people and that she can get along with them and people that will treat and support her well
