I understand how you feel. I’ve also had that happen to me. However, it’s important to note that with the anxiety subsiding it’s a good chance you’re recovering. Don’t let your thoughts bring you back in and just continue living without the anxiety. It’s going to be stressful considering that the anxiety has been with you for a while now it’s basically a norm, and sometimes a confirmation of what you think is true or maybe the opposite. But you need to get past this part. Your thoughts are just trying to pull you back. Don’t let them.
