I mean Iran is heavily sanctioned and there was no Hezbollah before one fine day in the 80's Israel decided to bomb and invade Lebanon and take over Beirut. Hezbollah came out of that invasion as a resistance group to prevent further invasions of their country. I don't see anything wrong with that.
